2.Equipment characteristics

2.1. Structural type

  23. It has the function of synchronization between the Y (feeding) axis and the C (bending pipe) axis. The Y axis automatically tracks the bending arc length of the C axis and matches the set pipe elongation rate to avoid elongation of pipe fittings due to bending and improve accuracy.
  24. The control program has a text display function that automatically detects errors and countermeasures. Messages about machine failures or illogical operations are directly displayed on the screen, with instructions on how to repair them, to prevent human errors from damaging the machine and reduce maintenance.
